Unfortunately some lady ended up backing into my car in a parking lot. She laid her vehicle on top of my front driver side section (headlight, fender, bumper, hood) I am super particular about my car and this was a disappointment to me. I searched around for the best body shop in the area. Read hundreds of reviews and came upon Tim’s Body Shop. Let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. From the day I called in and found out they have late days/hours of the week to make it easier for those who work a 7am-5pm schedule…. To meeting Mike Burkholder who handled my claim from start to finish…. To getting backorder parts at a reasonable amount of time. Tim’s body shop has the greatest customer satisfaction, professionalism, well-organized business you can ask for. I was well informed of my car and the outcome of it is far from disappointing. The final paint work, the final detail, the final outcome was excellent! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. You will not be disappointed and I assure you their service will please you. These guys are awesome! I needed a hatch spoiler mounted on my car and I wasn’t comfortable doing it myself. I called Tim’s and they got it mounted for me within the same week! I highly recommend and will use them for any bodywork in the future.

Tim’s Body Shop has been amazing to work with. My vechile was sideswiped by another vechile. I reached out to 3 different body shops. Tim’s Body Shop was the only one that responded with a email typed by a person with an estimate and followed up the next day with a phone call. Mike took care of everything from scheduling a tow truck to pick up my vechile to working with my car insurance. Honest people, competitive prices, and their work is top noch.

We wouldn’t think of going to any other body shop. Our car was in the shop exactly as long as they quoted us. After the repair, they discovered an additional part was cracked and needed to be replaced. They got the part replaced the next day and had our car ready at the end of the day. To top it off, our car was cleaner inside than it’s been for a long time. Definitely was deep cleaned inside. THANK YOU TIM FOR YOUR TOP NOTCH WORK!!!

Tim’s Body Shop provided a great experience when repairing minor damage to my Ford Transit. Mike was prompt communicative, and did a professional job in dealing with the insurance company. Tim’s (Regina) kept me up to date on the progress of my motor vehicle. Regina also listened to my litany re my hip replacement surgery without making me feel like a broken record.
They had some leeway as I was unable to drive for a week or so. Nonetheless, they kept me informed. Very satisfied with what I asked them to do.
